Get Your Girlfriend a Perfume This Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching. In a month’s time, you’ll see lovers exchanging gifts. But do you already have something for your girlfriend (or boyfriend)?

If you are still unsure, you might want to give her a bottle of perfume as a gift. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, a cheap perfume that has a name (Liz Claiborne, YSL to name a few) will do. Some medium-sized perfumes can cost you a few thousand pesos or at least $50, but why give her something big when you can get a small one for trial purposes only?

Cheap perfumes are not hard to find. Discounted perfumes can be found online and at the retail stores. Ask some friends, maybe they know some hidden place where you can get less expensive perfumes that are signature names.

One important thing to remember, as long as you have the right fragnance or scent suited for your loved one, you’ll never go wrong. It is always the thought that counts, whether the perfume is cheap for a gift or not. Saving money on perfumes – as long as it’s a perfect match for the recipient – is a decision best for you and your loved one.

Gray and Wet Today In Pandacan

It is dark today, due to typhoon “KAREN” that is now in northern Luzon (I believe storm signal #3 is raised in some areas). Here in Pandacan, schools resume their normal schedules, so do the companies located here. I wanted to post a picture of Quirino Avenue, but I assume you already know how it looks like during rainy days.

Make sure you are properly geared if you are going out today. Bring umbrellas with you, you don’t want to get sick… “magastos magkasakit” as they say.

Also, it’s going to be a messy commute, especially if you are going to a busy event like the game 7 championship match-up between Baranggay Ginebra and AIR21 at Araneta Coliseum.

Tiresome Lesson: Drugs Kill People

Drugs kill people. Gradually and instantly.

In today’s post, drugs was the motive for the killing of Alvino Aldo, who was killed instantly by a certain Roberto Mendoza. The suspect and the victim were in the middle of a “drug deal” that turned sour resulting to the terrible incident, according to initial reports.

The suspect immediately fled from the crime scene (Zamora Street) with the gun in his hand.

So to our youngsters out there, don’t take (or deal with) drugs. Nothing good will ever happen.
